Orders and Shipping
Most orders ship within 14 business days, depending on the design and customization. You'll receive tracking information once your order is on the way.
We do offer local pickup if you are located around Phillipsburg at no cost to you, we generally do not hand deliver items.
We typically ship via UPS or USPS depending on the size of the package and the location.
Customization and Product Detail
We do allow customers to choose custom colors to match your home's style or your favorite quote.
We use quality real wood to make our products. You may notice wood grain and knots in your designs and this is normal for our signs. I do my best to select wood that is better quality and does not have splitting or warping at the time I purchase it.
We use several different types of wood and several different options to get the finish that we prefer. We offer laser cutouts and also we are just getting ready to offer UV printed signs and cutouts.
